"ROULETTE" - Terms and Conditions

  1. You agree that by taking part in this PartyCasino.com (“PartyCasino”) sign up offer (the “Promotion”) you will be bound by these Terms and Conditions and our PartyCasino Terms and Conditions of Use (collectively the “Rules”).
  2. To be eligible to take part in the Promotion you must:
    1. not have already opened a Player Account. For the avoidance of doubt you will be deemed to already have a Player Account if you have already opened an account with PartyPoker.com, PartyBingo.com,PartyGammon.com or PartyBets.com (collectively the “PartyGaming Brands”);
    2. be eighteen (18) years of age or older or the legal age of majority in your home country, state or province;
    3. successfully completed registration at www.partycasino.com and deposited a minimum of twenty-five United States Dollars (US $25) (the “Qualifying Deposit”) to open a real money account (“Player Account”); and
    4. received an email from PartyCasino informing you that you have been selected to take part in this Promotion.

  3. PartyCasino will credit Qualifying Players’ Player Accounts with a sum up to a maximum of:
    1. five hundred Euros (€500);
    2. two hundred and fifty Euros (€250);
    3. one hundred and fifty Euros (€150);
    4. five hundred Euros (€500);
    5. one hundred Euros (€100);
    6. seventy-five Euros (€75);
    7. fifty Euros (€50); and
    8. twenty-five Euros (€25)
    ( the "Bonus Amount").
  4. In order to claim the Bonus Amount, Qualifying Players must:
    1. Opt-in where indicated within the ‘bonus’ section of their Player Account; and
    2. Wagered an amount that is equal to ten (10) times the Bonus Amount (the “Minimum Play Requirement”).
    5. Players will not be able to cash out their Bonus Amount unless and until they have satisfied the Minimum Play Requirement and further provided always that the Minimum Play Requirement must be satisfied within five (5) days of you claiming your Bonus (the “Release Conditions”).
  5. The Bonus Amount can be wagered on the following PartyCasino real money games only: Roulette, Video Poker, Slots, Jackpot Slots and Keno.
  6. The Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer running on PartyCasino or any other of the PartyGaming Brands.
  7. If a non-Qualifying Player takes part in the Promotion we reserve, without prejudice to any other rights under the Terms and Conditions of Use, to seek the return of the value of the Bonus Amount from the Player’s Account.
  8. Neither the employees of PartyCasino, PartyGaming or its group or other producers or suppliers associated with the Promotion, their advertising, printing and publicity agencies, and their immediate family members (i.e. any person residing in the household of the aforementioned people) will be eligible to participate in the Promotion.
  9. We reserve the right at our sole discretion to disqualify any individual that tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process, the operation of the Promotion, or violates the Rules.
  10. We and our group companies may use the information that you provide during the Promotion registration process to provide you with information about our products and services. You must inform us if you do not wish to receive such information by emailing privacy@partyaccount.com.
  11. We reserve the right to alter, amend or terminate this Promotion, or any aspect of it, at any time and without prior notice. We may make changes to these Terms and Conditions and will notify you of these changes by posting the modified terms on this page. We recommend you revisit these Terms and Conditions regularly.
  12. Any dispute or situation not covered by the Rules will be resolved by our management in a manner it deems to be the fairest to all concerned, and that decision shall be final and/or binding on all entrants.
  13. If the Promotion can not be executed as planned, including any problems or technical malfunction beyond our control, we shall incur no liability and the Bonus Amount will not be awarded.
  14. If the Rules are translated into a language other than English, then the English version of the Rules shall prevail where there is an inconsistency.
